Visual Arts
The Sautee Nacoochee Center boasts three art galleries on the campus, the Center Gallery, Gallery Too, and the Jim Thomas Invitational Gallery. All galleries are open six days a week with free admission and parking. Paintings, fine art photography, pottery, fiber arts, jewelry and ceramics are just a few of the mediums featured.

These galleries feature juried artwork of artists within a 50-mile radius of the Sautee Nacoochee Center. Each purchase comes with a handmade fiber arts bag suitable for gift giving. Artwork Jurying Submission Procedures for local artists and Jurying Standards can be found below.

The Jim Thomas Invitational Gallery is in the hallway of the center and features out of area artists invited to show their work.

Our invitational hallway galleries currently feature a wide selection of fiber art created by talented local and regional artists. In the Center Gallery and Gallery Too, you’ll find an impressive variety of works by our juried local artists.
Visitors can browse an ever-changing assortment of reasonably priced original artwork, including:

• One-of-a-kind jewelry
• Decorative and functional pottery
• Woodworking and glass art
• Handmade creations and more
We also carry a large selection of books authored or illustrated by local residents, along with unique Gift Shop items featuring the Sautee Nacoochee Center logo, including mugs, t-shirts, ball caps, coasters, handmade soaps, aromatherapy products, and specialty gifts. Be sure to explore beautiful metalwork creations by local blacksmith artists as well.
The main SNC building and galleries are open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Come visit and discover something special!
